Due to the nature of digital and custom services, refunds are limited.
2. Advance Payment
All projects require an initial advance payment before work begins. This payment covers:
project planning
research
resource allocation
Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
If the project has not yet started
If Wegrow Infotech is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
project work has already begun
client delays the project by not providing required materials
the client changes project requirements after work has started
services such as SEO, marketing, consulting, or design have already been delivered
5. Project Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project before it begins by submitting a written request via email.
6. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it may take 7–14 business days to process depending on the payment method.
