1. Service Nature

Our services include but are not limited to:

Due to the nature of digital and custom services, refunds are limited.

2. Advance Payment

All projects require an initial advance payment before work begins. This payment covers:

• project planning

• research

• resource allocation

Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• If the project has not yet started

• If Wegrow Infotech is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• project work has already begun

• client delays the project by not providing required materials

• the client changes project requirements after work has started

• services such as SEO, marketing, consulting, or design have already been delivered

5. Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project before it begins by submitting a written request via email.

6. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it may take 7–14 business days to process depending on the payment method.
